A friend of mine is looking for a auto tranny , for a '88. Fj62 if you have one or know someone let me know...


And I broke pass side axle shaft on my 40 in my yard yesterday...are the longfields really that much stronger... And would it defeat the purpose not upgrading the birfields at the same time?

For the rear poly performance has the best and maybe the only ones on the market. For them.front running 33 you really dont need longs. I ran with stock shafts and birfs with 37's. A big upgrade would go with mini truck disc brakes up front and run mini birfs. That would make iy a lot stronger.

Cool thanks after I get this done and my 465 swap done stepping up to 35-36 so that's good to know

I swapped in a 60 series axle for the brakes, splines, and wider width. Only time is the spring mounts. Besides he sm420, this was up on the top of the list.
