Looking for shop space (1 Viewer)

Since it now appears that my employment here in the Dallas area is likely to continue (as least for the near future) I need to find some shop space for my toys. Since we will probably continue to rent an apartment until we can sell the house in Kansas City, I need to find some shop space to rent as well. I need something with enough room for both rigs (80 and mini-truck), plus room to park the trailer (outside is fine), so probably 700-1000 sq ft. I would like to stay within 30-40 min driving distance from the Plano or Addison areas.

If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions, please let me know.

A friend used to rent some space here in McKinney that was pretty reasonable (maybe ~$600/mo). I want to say it was about 20x40. I'll try and get the contact info.

If you find something too large for you, say Addison or south, I would be interested in splitting...my sweatheart deal on a warehouse ran out and my 79 project has been on the trailer for 8 months....mamma wants it gone. Just a thought!

I will certainly keep that in mind! Are you looking for room for the rig and the trailer? I have an 80, trailer and mini-truck. The trailer could probably stay outside if space is limited, tho.
