looking for my dads old truck

I have recently started looking for my dad's old Toyota pickup. It's a 1993 white Toyota pickup with two dents on the top of the bed from a tree branch falling on it during a wind storm. It was seen at a Harbor Freight parking lot in Vancouver, Washington, in late 2021. That's all the information I have, and it would mean a lot to me if anyone could point me in the right direction.
