Looking for immigration attorney

Hi,

unfortunately my position was terminated and my visa is bound to the company (L1) visa. I need to change my status to tourist visa to have at least three months to sell all stuff. Company attorney wants 750 dollars fee to fill the visa transfer form.

Does anybody know about some good immigration attorney? 750 seems a bit high to me. My status is good till February 15 (12 more days).

WM Law, down the street from me specializes in immigration law. Don't know how good they are, or how expensive.

I have a friend that used an immigration attorney when he moved his father here from Germany. I'll see if I can get the name.

Well I just went ahead and paid 750 to our attorney to fill up one form. The plan is to get B-2 visa and stay for three more months, sell everything and depart to Russia. I will see how it goes.

I see you already went ahead. Probably just as well. My friend got back to me last night and said he wouldn't recommend the lawyer he used.
