Trying to install Prinsu Roof Rack and cannot find the post where a member used wedge spacers and different sized bolts......I have all the parts but can't find the post now.....anyone bookmark it? I found one obscure post with a pic but not the full thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I sweat to death in my front yard.....

YES!! Not sure why I couldn't find that. I tried searching through using three or four different search titles and went through the first couple of pages of each. Thank you for that! Back to the gulf coast sweat......
Looking through that thread, I couldn't understand all the complaints about the hardware and clamps provided by Prinsu. I agree that there are far better clamps & methods to secure the rack. but these will work. The only clamp that you need to be careful with for door clearance is the front most clamp. The rest are positioned to miss the doors and the rear most is not even an issue. I used the original hardware and just ran the bolts up through the bottom and the front clamp bolt barely touches the weather stripping. The front clamp is the right one in the pic below:
