Looking for car hauler

Trying to find a car hauler to tow my 70 FJ40, does anyone have any recommendations for a new trailer? I am in the Northern California area. Tried Pac West trailer, $2300 out the door for a 16' wood plank, 7000# capacity, tandem axle, elec brakes, etc... $3300 for a steel deck.

If anyone knows of any good trailer builders in Nor Cal or someone selling a good used one, please let me know. Sorry if this does not belong in this forum, did not see anywhere else to place it.

I'd check in the M-ville/YC area. You can probably walk up to some hillbilly and offer them a 12 pack of Old Milwaukee as a barter.

I got a 10K, 16', tandem, dual brakes, wood deck, etc last year for a little over $3K. The heavier duty axles raised the price and they had 7K trailers too. They prefer to sell through dealers but do retail if you want.

I bought my car trailer in Sparks, Nv., but it is made in the central valley. It is by Dargo mfg., in Madera.

It's been a great trailer, I have over 10k hauling rigs on it. I upgraded to the square tubing frame over the c channel for a more rigid platform.

Also just saw this used dual axle square tubed frame trailer in S. Lake Tahoe for sale for $1000.00 here is the number 530-544-6322. And it has a upper surround approx 18" high.
