I hope I'm posting this in the appropriate forum; mods please move it if not.
I recently made an order from Longfield Super Axles, of multiple items from their web site. The order was processed and shipped immediately, and in fact arrived when I was out-of-town. A couple of weeks later, when I got back home and had time to open the box, I couldn't find one of the items I ordered; apparently it had been left out by mistake. One quick email back to Longfield, and the missing item was immediately express mailed to me, without hesitation or question. Now that is customer service; fairly rare in the world today except among Mud supporting vendors it seems. I was impressed to say the least.
