Long shot for anyone near SLC Airport.

Hello Mudders,

Real long shot here, I know, but I was wondering if there is anyone in the vicinity of the Salt Lake City Airport that would rent me their truck from Monday, 17 June, to Friday 21 June. I am coning out to Park City with my wife for a baby-moon. I drive a 94 FZJ80, but my wife has always been a fan of the 60. This is our 3rd baby, and she is feeling a bit overwhelmed. I thought this could be a cool surprise for her. I'd be willing to pay $400 for the week and could bring something for collateral (additional cash, birth certificate, pass port, etc) and of course would provide proof of insurance. I don't know if this helps or hurts my case, but I am 16 year naval officer, so at the very least, you'd be able to track me down and talk to my skipper if something went awry.

I'd love to, but mine has no AC and is a primary vehicle right now. Another possibility is Casey at Point S in Woods Cross. He's entrepreneurial and I know he has 4 running right now that are on the market, as well as a couple classic Jeep Cherokee/chiefs from the 70's and 80's.

Just Google, "point s woods cross, ut" and ask for Casey. He'll be out Friday.
