What are your guys thoughts on this? I can only afford one right now with all the rest I am doing to the 40. I wouldn't say its a daily driver but it is on the blacktop a lot and I use it all fall for hunting. I am thinking the front would be a better overall choice. what do you guys think?

I would lean more towards the rear, I have one in the rear axle, non in the front yet. My 80 is a little longer but it drives fine, stays unlocked until I need it and I dont even know its there,
What kind of locker are you looking at, that might decide also. My last rig was a jeep cherokee with a 6 inch lift and 33's. pretty light rig, I had the same locker in it. That also drove very well even on the road. the only time either one of these is noticable is if I accelerate while turning, then half way through the turn it locks and the tires start chirping, If I dont put my foot into it then it does not lock.

thats what I have, I have run detroit lockers and these and I am very impressed with the lockright, When you install it though make sure your parts are good, be sure to check measurements per installation instructions. if you install it and your rear end parts are worn to much it will bang, clank, click, I have used and abused these, drive them on the street, rocks, snow, mud and they have never let me down.
