Hi, i have a bj70. how do you lift it and give it good articulation? leaf springs are very rare in ireland, so i would have to fabricate any lift components myself.any help at all would be great and so would pictures

Ahhh, you will need to import in some leaf springs..
You just cant make some up, need spring steel, forge, big oven to heat.
I am sure there are spring makers in Ireland.
Dare I say, you may need to join a forum thats based in the UK..

I don't have much experience with leafs as I run coils...

Hope someone can answer your question in more detail.

TO gain lift the spring needs to be given more arch, maybe more or less leaves depending on your requirements, to gain better flex you need to match the length of the spring to the shackles and shocks.
