Hello All,
I'm new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself to my fellow FJC owners.
My wife Shirley and I just purchased our first FJ. She has "worked" on me for a year to buy one and I finally did. Boy, oh boy was she correct! We should have purchased one a year ago!
We are avid outdoor people, but due to our current home (MO) we don't have the opportunity to 4-wheel as much as we'd like to. We usually average two to three trips to CO, AZ or the Sierra Madres in Mexico a year. Our previous trips have been in a 4x4 Suburban or our "other" daily driver a 4x4 2500 HD Chevy PU with a Duramax diesel and Allison transmission. Our goal was to purchase the perfect fit of daily driver and agile backcountry cruiser. We found it!
We hope to see many of you at Ouray FJ Summit in July.
