What a fckn deadbeat.

Bought the desmog kit.
Waited weeks and weeks
Tried to cancel the order, no response
Disputed it on Paypal

I have BOTH texts and Paypal correspondence that he would refund the money

He started the refund but then it was cancelled because it didn't clear. What a scumbag.

Now he is completely dark and even Paypal can't get ahold of him. Paypal is near ZERO help.

I guess if Spencer Lerman is so bad off that he needs to steal $130 like a fckn loser, have it.
 
I had the exact same experience. With the exception of even hearing back from the “business owner”.

Ordered 3FE desmog kit and after no movement for almost a month I tried emailing, reaching out through Shopify, texting, and calling and got no responses whatsoever.

I ended up disputing the charge with Chase and getting my money back.

Anyone else looking for a desmog kit just get the wits’ end “keychain” and/or the TLC Performance desmog kit along with a Dayco 22528 Vbelt (for removing the air pump).

All in all avoid Lerms Customs at all costs. The fact he was active on social media and ignoring multiple customers is scummy AF.

just a bit overwhelmed and i know that doesnt make up for it. Glad you got your money back and sorry for the poor transaction.
 
I filed a case with Visa and got my money back. But PayPal is pretty pissed at you

They banned me and didnt even let me sign back on to resolve issues. I was about to give up and im sorry you got caught in the crosshairs of it all. I do apologize for the bad transaction.

Are you still working on getting orders shipped out or what? Ordered the tune up/egr delete kit 3/18 and haven't heard a thing. Emailed, texted the number on the website and called with no answer anywhere.
 
File a report with your credit card company. He’s playing a game here and you don’t want to be standing without a chair when the music stops

Everything you need is available from other vendors

How am i playing a game? I simply want to resolve an issue. Im just one person and made some mistakes. Just an enthusiast like everyone else. Im happy to resolve any issue anyone has ever had with me or my company. Thanks

Yes i am. Im sorry i didnt get back to you sooner. Just a bit overwhelmed and trying to catch up. But if you ordered it 3/18 thats way longer than expected. Whats your order number ill get it resolved. Thanks
 
Just for the other side of the coin, I ordered a 3fe desmog from Lerms and got it fast. This was maybe 2019. I was satisfied with the kit. I hope you get this all squared away and clear your name. We need MORE reliable 80 sources not LESS.
 
This guys is a scammer, he keeps taking orders on his website, accepts the money and doesn't honor the transaction. Keep away, this might have been a legit business at one point, but it is most definitely not anymore.

Im just one person trying to the best i can. I run my business and work a 2nd job. I dont always have time to communicate and i apologize for that. Definitely not a scammer though just struggling to keep up is all. Thanks a bunch
 
According to Visa and PayPal you ARE a scammer. You pretend to refund, then get your bank to cancel it. You did that twice with me and PayPal says you have multiple complaints

Ive not cancelled it on my bank at all. I simply dont have the money so the transaction cant go thru. I would never intentionally scam someone. Just going through a tough time. Thanks and sorry for the troubles. You will absolutely get refunded ASAP.
 
You took my money but don't have the money?

This has been going on since March. Turn off you website, stop stealing from people, and get out of the business

Yep thats correct, And no thanks for the idea though but im getting everything back on track and will continue to sell. Ive had 1000s of happy customers. Cant make everyone happy. As long as you are refunded at this point then i am happy with that. Thanks man. Hope you have a great rest of your week.

I asked you on Jun 28th for the order number you responded that "I filed a case with Visa and got my money back. But PayPal is pretty pissed at you" You didnt respond with your order # so im really not sure why you are so pissed. I tried to help you and you said you resolved it...
