Finally got the marlin case in with the tuck. Did the shakedown two weekends ago. After a full day with zero issues and nearly the whole 80mile drive home, a block from home these lights came on (ignore the tpms light)

Any ideas what could cause these lights to come on and stay on? I am still able to shift into 4wd HI/LOW which makes me think the ADD is ok. The sensor is wired to a toggle switch that was in the off position when the lights came on. It's been back at the shop since the codes showed up, and been waiting for answers from inchworm and marlin but nada. Maybe one of you lefty vets can come up with some leads. Thanks
Bobby

Hmmm, I've had my Lefty in for well over 100,000 miles and it's never thrown a code . If you just replaced the 4WD sensor with a simple switch like I did, there is nothing that should throw a code from the Lefty, unless the single sensor in the Lefty is bad. And like Chris, I am suspicious of the CEL; that may be something else altogether unrelated to the Lefty. Can you scan the code and tell us what it is?

I'll have to ask tomorrow what the actual code is. Living away from home for work so I only see the mistress every once in a while.

forgot to write down the code, said it was the ABS. However I still think it's something to do with the sensors and possibly a slight difference between the 07-09 and 10+ model years. Everything works fine, ATRAC, locker etc in 4 low. It only shows up now in 4hi over 25mph, stays on for a little while then goes away.

Is it the ABS sensor/light? There may be some trash or dirt in the sensor.

Just the lights shown above. They come on only when in 4HI above 25mph. Went the whole day saturday with 200+ miles in 2wd then straight to 4low. Crawled all around cougar buttes, everything worked perfect. Only on sunday did it come back on when running some washes in 4hi. Codes stayed on for about 3 ignition starts then went away.

Some of the other ideas being bounced around (posted this on blew as well) are the cats since I moved them for the tummy tuck, or the zero calibration is off... not sure about either since I would think the cats being the issue would send a code no matter what gear the case is engaged and the zero point would be the same.

I have had a Lefty for about 15,000 with no issues. Let me ask you this, when you are in 4 wheel High the only light that should be on is the 4wd symbol on the cluster while in 4 high. Im wondering if your truck thinks you are in 4 low when you are in 4 high traveling too fast causing the warning lights to come on?
See if your Atrac and rear Locker engage in 4 high then you will know its low range sensor on when in high.

I have my (ADD) switch wired to to the single sensor on the Lefty case. My low range is wired on a switch with no sensor anymore since the Lefty only has one sensor VS the OEM chain case has three.

FWIW, I moved my exhaust and cats for a tummy tuck as well, and have had zero problems as I mentioned before. Mine's a 2007 though; I haven't had any experience on 2010+ models.
