Hello,
So I had a slow oil leak from the pipe between the intercooler and turbo on my 1kz-te. I solved that by getting a new hose and clamps (picture attached).
Now this oil leak has sprung up in a different, but nearby spot, in the crank case vent hose (picture attached).
I have ordered a new hose for this location, as the existing one is visibly worn. I am, however, wondering if this is a problem in general. I know there is going to be a bit of oil residue in these pipes/hoses, and the amount it leaks is not a lot by any means; I just want to make sure I haven't got some other issue.
Is this something a catch can would solve?
Thanks for any input.
