Just an FYI to anyone ordering parts from LC Engineering.

Double check the shipping charges, their new system automatically figures shipping charges based off of item weight that has been entered into the system. Initially I was charged $35.00 for a set of plugs, fuel pressure regulator, an intake gasket and an idle air bypass screw, when I questioned them I was refund $10.00, still pricy for 2 pounds of parts shipped to NC via UPS ground.
As always their customer support was amazing, I've ordered a bunch of parts an have never been disappointed.

I would agree about the customer service, up until my last order.
I ordered a set of body bushings, and one month later (yes MONTH) they still had not shipped. I had not received a call or anything. They sure didn't have a problem with charging my account though...

I finally called and asked what's up. They said they were having trouble with their vendor getting parts. I said, a call would have been nice. Needless to say it took another two weeks for my parts to show up.

So a month and a half into this, my parts show up. and they are wrong. They sent me red bushings instead of the black ones I clearly ordered on their website.

I then had to pay, OUT OF MY POCKET, to ship the parts back, where I had to wait another two weeks for them to ship me more bushings.

Granted, it was mostly a vendor availability problem, but i feel like they dropped the ball on not letting me know and making me pay for their errors. just sayin.

Of course, I will still be ordering from them because between LCE and Marlin, there is no other place to go for good quality aftermarket parts for these trucks. besides OEM.

rant over:D

I ordered some minor parts a couple months ago, a plug wire separator and something else small, total order was around $50 bucks and I paid nearly $20 in shipping.

I won't get into how I feel about their business model or customer service, all I will say is if someone else made the part I wanted then I would not have ordered from them. They aren't high on my list at all.

Yeah I've had issues too in regards to their supply issues, although my biggest complaint is their shipping charges.

Products are good but customer service has been an Ehhhh... I ordered a breather along with some other stuff and 3 weeks went by with no box in front of my house.. I called them and they said " oh our breather is on back order so we havent shipped your order"

I said well you guys could of called me.. I canceled my breather and order came in 1 day..but Im also in AZ..another time I ordered a piece that wasnt going to work.. I called back and they took it back right away..had to pay shipping on my dime.. oh well..... they also knew I was building a crawler and the pulley I ordered was not going to work for my build.. I felt the guy should of gave me the heads up... Oh well. I do like the LCE stuff.

I just have to be more specific and careful on my next order.

I was going to buy just their exhaust manifold nut/stud kit but found out that shipping was going to cost more than the kit. Ended up buying more stuff to justify the shipping cost.:bang::rolleyes::lol::D

It may be worth questioning them the next time, it seems like the new system of auto shipping is not too good. Maybe it is done that way on purpose, guess they are not making enough money on their parts so now they over charge on shipping.
