Hello fellow Cruiser Heads, My name is Chuck Odell and I am a member of Upstate Cruisers in South Carolina. I am putting together a food drive for our club this sunday for the relief effort for Hurricane Katrina. We're gonna contact the Redcross, setup our Cruisers, possibly put some articles in the paper, and collect food. I would like to challenge the rest of the Land cruiser clubs across the country to do the same. Doesn't matter how big or small a club you have or how much food you collect. I only ask you to do what you can do. If you're not a member of a club and don't know how to get in contact with one walk around your neighborhood or set up your cruiser up with a sign in your subdivision asking for food. A couple things for dropping the food off, a lot of grocery stores have trailers out front for the food, you can contact your Redcross and they'll get something set up for ya, or you may be able to drop it off at a National Gaurd Armory or even a military base. So Good Luck with your food drives and Thank You very much for your help with the Hurricane relief effort!
