Also, correct me if I'm wrong, left-side mud flap (right side on the picture) looks like its missing one attachment tab?

Hi Carl, I looked at the left mudflap again and indeed the imbedded metal attachment clip is sheared. I don't recall as it had been a decade or so if it 's absence was structurally significant. I imagine it would be pretty easy to come up with similar and better arrangement then stock.
