Looking for me an acre or a lot with easy access. Looking to solely build a pole barn and a driveway. So a deed restricted neighborhood won't work.
Anyone know of anything possibly in Shelby county? Know an agent who can help me?

Limcoln is prolly too far from my new job. Not really feeling a long commute. I like the Calera middle school area. only because I bet I can pick up a single lot out that way and it's still extremely close to pretty much everything, which is what I like.

Going to stay in the Pelham/alabaster area. Being close to work is a must. Not looking for a ranch. Cause I can't afford a bush hog... Nor do I want so much as a goat as livestock to keep grass down.
Looking for a small tract, close to work and convenience.

Not looking for mortgage type prices. Looking for land type. As in: under $50k for the property. I do not want any type of payment note for more than 10-15 years in it.
Put a down on it and pay less than $200-300/mo.... Until I get the truck done and motor-house done.

Keep an eye out for auctions. Me and Mrs just picked up 24 acres at an estate auction for $45k. I am pretty excited to have a place to park my junk and start a collection of my own.
