KZJ95 Transfer Case Clunk Issue

I have been rebuilding my Prado, the previous owner has had damaged U-Joints, so i removed both propeller shaft, bought in new OEM U-joints. When both propeller shaft are out now, I checked if there is some play on the flange of the transfer case, I hear a clunk and there is a radial play. Do you guys think it is the transfer case chain that has observed some beating from the worn-out U-Joints ?
