Says the owner of a 1998 Dodge Dakota....
Exactly ... I know what I am speaking about :) (and I also rode a Honda)
I bought this truck because I needed something cheap to carry stuff. and because, as a french boy, driving a dodge is driving America...
I won't do it again... for sure
It's on sale, under 6 feet of snow

I never knew there was a motorcycle section on mud! There is no comparison between the jap bikes. KTM's HAVE THE BEST TRAIL FLOW OF ANY TWO WHEEL MOTO EVER BUILT!!!!! ....and the best quality..... and the best factory parts....and the best over-all value if you consider re-sale down the road. Stay away from the late 07-08' rotax 530 motors, they have cooling issues. Track-wise the japs bikes still rule, but offroad, singletrack/desert/dual purpose, lastman standing RED BULL type s***, there is no reason to ride anything but a KTM. The GAS-GAS is pretty sick also.:hhmm:

I have been a Jap. bike rider for nearing 30 years and a few years ago purchased a KTM 625SMC, I fell in love at that point and have even switched my MX bikes over the the orange brand. Great comments on here and I have been converted, no doubt the best built, well thought out, best riding bikes out there (in stock form). Maintenance can be difficult compared to other bikes but if you keep everything up to date, you will be in love.

Here is my little 250SX at our local track........the 625 is waiting for warm weather.

I bought a KTM 950 a few years ago and loved it. One of the very few bikes I've ever ridden that made me laugh out loud in my helmet. Xlnt engine. Suspenders were stiff as hell. Definitely made to fly. On most rides it was like the devil was on your shoulder saying stuff like "huh... that it? you sleepy today"?

I listened too closely to the complainers, too, and never really had faith that the bike would get me there and back. Always did though. The only thing I didn't like about it was the combination of tube type tires, PIA oil filters and hassle factor valve adjusts.

Replaced it with an HP2/Enduro.
