ok im going to the hammers just 2 weeks from tomorow. both of my brothers and my dad baled on me so i am going alone. am not taking my fam to inlaws first. will leave Lemoore at about 6pm and will get to hammers late. ill be towing my 80. plan on coming back sat eve or sunday am. I cant go all the way to the hammers without wheeling. you guys can offer moral support and ride with me/try to get me to do stupid stuff. Ill be sleeping in my 80 (alone-no spooning)
Casey, you still want a ride? who else still going and when? my crawler is now open to haul others around. ill need to remove 2 seats so I can have a place to sleep. that leaves 3 empty spots with seat belts. (others will need to hold on extra tight).
everyonr needs to bring tents, sleep bags, water, toiletries, and FOOD. we could plan some cool eats/bbq/etc

Make sure to bring some warm clothes. It will be chilly at night. Also, bring some goggles....the wind is insane sometimes! I am thinking about grabbing a camp shower just in case we don't use the one in the motorhome. If anybody else has a camp shower, please use enviro-safe soaps.(Hopefully that goes without being said)

I'll be around one of these two rigs. My tags start with 666 on my cruiser, so it's not hard to spot.

I never noticed that it looked white in that shot. It's actually tan. Friday night/Saturday sounds good to me. Trails will be crazy packed though. Should be a good show wherever the happening spot is. Everybody will be somewhat stress free and ready to cut loose!

I just got my tickets for Vegas. I am hoping to make it to Daytona and Bristol one of these days though.
Almost time to go! The buggy is back together and running right after some injector issues. Gotta shock tune monday with Sway-a-Way and do some pre-running. We are taking his Willys buggy to pre-run also to keep from wadding the car too bad.

We DNF'd at RM 45 with injector issues. Thought it was the plug wires again and in turn leaning the other bank out....but nope, injectors.
I heard Sledge was pretty crazy this year....some cats got hurt from what I heard.

The injuries were minor and really aren't much different than any other big sporting event.
That's what I heard. Nobody died, so it's one up on Baja in that area still.
We were thinking about riding out there, but after we drug the buggy back to the pits, we just hung out at the finish line and partied.
