I am looking at buying a Honda ATV (used) and noticed that KBB seems to have them valued way lower than what the asking prices are here locally. Is KBB known for shooting low or is the demand just spiking because of the season? Curious...

Yes, local prices are higher usually than KBB or NADA. It's all about demand. 4X4 ATVs will be even higher, but the dealers won't budge off it.
