June Meeting

Hi all-
June meeting this Wednesday at 6:30? 27 1/4 Road, same spot as last year.
BYOB/F. It would be a good time to discuss a couple of trips this month and July's activities. Also some stuff that has been on the back burner like business cards and t-shirts. Is there anything others want to talk about. I'll send a club email this afternoon/evening.

Got an email from Garrett. Garrett, if you see this I may be 5-10 minutes late but I'll be out there. We can talk about Vista Print at least.

Right now I'm down in Ridgway for the RAT Fest ( MTB) and enjoying a Fat Tire with this incredible view in front of me.

Sorry to not get back to you guys. The June meeting was sparcly attended to say the least. I take full blame for this as I procrastinated on sending the invite. Garrett and I have a great conversation though. For the July meeting let's decide now on a best time/date (Wed or Weekend).

July 3rd works for me, I am out of town that weekend. We could watch the Fruita fireworks on the 3rd......

Aric mentioned a trip in the Flattops/Dotsero area in late June but I have not heard back from him.

Time to start planning now for an August Ouray trip. Ideas? Last year's Eureka Lodge was epic!

Other Stuff:
Would like to get going on Shirts. Baker? Are you still interested in making this happen?

"Nice Rig" type business cards showing our logo and our contact info with a brief description. Need someone who can and is willing to design these for submital to VistaPrint.

July 3 would probably be ok for me but would prefer a location closer to home. Any fireworks going on in SE part of the valley?

Suggest we get one of Safari's cards as an example and add our logo etc. if Vistaprint is a local business then someone there should take care of it. I don't mean Jonathan, he already has too many irons in the fire. I can get it done here in Delta.

If we do the Ouray trip in August, lets make it a bit later than last year. I'd like to attend but can't leave Leadville until Aug 4 so my preferred weekend would be 8/9-11 or 16-18. Have plans for the 25th (new thread).

I need to do some research but hope to do the Colorado Backcountry Discovery Route some time this fall. Most likely early October.
