OK, It's that time again, La Tuna was fine but lets find a place a bit more centrally located. I've got a couple of ideas such as Mama's on Nacogdoches and 410, BBQ Station at Harry Wurzbach and 410, Fuddruckers in between nacogdoches and broadway near 410, CHesters near 410 and nacogdoches.

Just a few ideas. post up yours.

thx

yes, they had a stabbing there saturday

The new Broadway 50/50 on wurzbach/IH10...great food, cheap beer and lots of parking

How about we just stick with Big'z on 1604. No offense guys but the majority of people that actually show up at meetings live on the north side and when we move it to other locations, its still the same people that show. Unless that changes I don't see a reason to move it all over town.

Yeah but the parking sucks there pretty hard. Hell someone put out a cig butt on someones truck while we were eating also, id be pissed if it were mine as im sure you would.

Anywhere Off 1604 or Ih 10 north has my vote. Oh Max wanted me to recommend a place called The Cove downtown by SAC, said the rovers met there and had all the stuff we like.
The Cove

I agree with the Big'z situation. I also agree with Broadway 50 50 on IH10. We went to the SAOffroad meeting there last week. Plenty of parking, decently priced food, and they have a party room that can be reserved. I'll call tomorrow to find out the conditions of renting the room.

I've never had a problem parking at Big'z. If all we're looking for is better parking, Longhorn would do.

Make sure you have enough people attend a meeting before you reserve a party room unless there's no charge for reserving it.

buffalo wild wings 35-1604 wide open parking, off two major hi-ways and more food choises in that area.

If there is a hankering for BBQ I will re-suggest BBQ Station at Harry Wurzbach and 410. Plenty of parking and fairly central. Dickey's and Bill Millers are average at best imho.

We have 2 weeks to figure this out......

I think food selection is second to a fair location. I would also agree with Brett that meeting close to those who consistently attend would make sense. HOWEVER, in my opinion we should be meeting nearly as close to downtown as we can. That would give the meetings more of an event feeling than just a gathering down the street. I feel the 1604 area doesn't feel very Alamo City to me, feels too damn suburbia to me. I really liked the last meeting but unfortunately that is just too far for monthly meetings.

We got two for Broadway 50/50:clap:

Broadway 50/50 will work. good food. Also have Salsalito's for mexican food.

CHUEY's on I-35 S near the 1604 interchange and across from The Forum strip mall.

Ample of parking and easy access.
To the left of the building is extra parking that is great to park our rigs and kick tires at that time.

OK folks. The meeting is next week. Can we make a decision?
