Johnny Cash's '87 Land Cruiser

I heard about Johnny Cash's Land Cruiser way back in June of this year as documented here:

Now it's up for auction on EBay.

I just wanted to throw this Cruiser For Sale out there because I think a Cruiser owned by the legend Johnny Cash is a piece of history and should stay in the 'Mud family if at all possible. How badass would that be? From what the nephew told me, his uncle has verified Cash's ownership(don't know how).


I edited the original post since I ran by and verified that it was indeed the same Cruiser I heard about. Being sold by a Doug Sadler. His nephew runs the pet feed store where I buy my dog food.

Carfax report should clear up any doubt of previous ownership. Unless of course he did not put it in his name??????

I ran by the feed store today and verified that this Cruiser on eBay is the same Cruiser I heard about 6 months ago. Being sold by the feed shop owner's uncle Doug Sadler. I asked how his uncle had verified that it had been owned by Johnny Cash and he said he didn't know, but that his uncle had "jumped through some hoops." Said he may give his uncle a call tomorrow to ask so I may get some more info.
