the 4 holes mount thru the pintle mounting spot, still need to find led's locally, dang they're expensive! spacers go behind the bumper to space off the frame where the rivets are in existing bumperette mounting holes. Swingouts are mounted with oil impregnated bronze bushings. More to come after I get back at it.. since i'm not working at my house it's a bit difficult to just go work after work..
