Hey!
ANYBODY  interested in a club meeting some time soon? We need to meet to decide if we are going to have the Ramble this year (we're behind if we are). If we are, we will have to have more participation than last year with the preperations. Please post here if you are willing to attend a meeting and give some suggestions on locations.
Thanks,
Gary Clough, VP RLC

Meeting Location

Hey,
Looks like "most" of the people I have heard from would like to meet in the Russellville area. Now all we need is a date!! How does the 24th work for everyone???? We could meet and have lunch at Burger Boy at exit 81 (HWY 7) on the Northwest side of I-40 if that works for everyone. Please chime in if you have an alternate date or location.
Thanks!
Gary Clough, VP RLC

The January meeting will be held January 24th at 12:00 at CJ's (burger boy) restaraunt in Russelville. Please make plans to attend. Accomodations are available at my farm (30 miles away) if anybody is interested. I look forward to seeing everyone there!!! We will be making plans for this year's Ramble and discussing the club's future. Please bring your dues (yes, they are due again).
Thanks,
Gary Clough, VP RLC

Meeting minutes!!!

Hey!
We had a small turnout for the meeting in Russellville, but the largest we have had in some time. Six (6) members showed up. Gary Clough, Tim White, Ty Yamashita (sp? Sorry if I got it wrong), Mack Ivey, Mike Ginsberg, and Richard Booth. A delicious lunch was enjoyed at CJ’s Burger Joint, and then we got down to business.

1. Dues are due. $20 (mail to 4500 Burrow Drive North Little Rock, AR 72116 attn: Gary Clough) We currently have 6 paid members.
2. No Ramble this year, but we will help out with the Regional Event in Missouri this year. We will have a Ramble again next year and consequent even years. There’s just too much to do for just the few people that have volunteered the last couple of years, and we’re already too late to start this year….MORE volunteers are needed for next year!
3. Nominations are needed for President, VP, and Secretary/Treasurer. Tim White has served his two terms so he is ineligible for this election.
4. Since we are not having a Ramble we will have a Spring Trail ride some where in the Ozarks. Time, Location, etc to be determined. If you have a suggestion, please let us know. We will probably have on in the Fall as well. Nothing too big, but we will probably have a poker run or something to make it a little more fun. How about a trail ride camping trip?

So, let’s hear it from the other members out there!!! Nominate officers!!! There were a few names kicked out at the meeting and they are as follows:

Ted Jones, Art Rockwell, Sam Houston, Scott Huggins, Hal Hedges

Please chime in!!!

Thanks,
Gary Clough, VP & S/T RLC

P.S. I will e-mail this out to those that I have e-mail adresses for :bounce:also, so I apologize if you get this twice!!!

Coyote, You must be a paid TLCA member to be a Raz member. Why "clubcrusher" 1963 couldn't be so kind as to inform you properly instead of just telling you " Thats a different issue". I'm only paying TLCA dues. TLCA doesn't discriminate. I'm sure TTora does not either.

My Two Cents Bob
