Meetin Minutes
We had a Successful Meeting!
Meeting started at 7:15
W welcomed 3 new people to the group!
Chuck with his V8 FJ60
Shea with an FJ80 (correct me if im wrong)
and Jeff with a 76 FJ40
Welcome to the group, i hope to see you guys on a trail ride Soon!
We discussed Trip Planning for 2008 - A goup will be meeting on Tuesday the 22nd at the Village inn on N Academy near the Mall
We Planned out our First Official Trail ride,
Sat February 9th - Trip To Shubarth Trail - Meet at the Western in WP at 8:30 Leave at 9:00
We Held Elections for Officers
David M Is our New President!
Scott is our New VP
Wayne is our new TLCA Delegate
Mark will remain the Treasure
and I (Trevor) will remain the Secretary!
We Discussed the new Website and photo section, It is up and live, but i am still making some tweaks to it, so you may want to hold off on crating a user name!
We are proposing a committee to review the Current bylaws and make any proposed changes before next year, to be voted on in the Jan 2009 Meeting!
We briefly discussed the new logo for CLC, i will be getting in tuch with Jessie and his wife regarding a design
We discussed a Change in Location for our Meeting, In hopes to create a more relaxed and social type place where we can conduct business, then just hang out and kick tires or shoot the breeze in a more relaxed environment.. Please Think of ideas for a new meeting place and scout them out before the next meeting! Think of a central location with easy access to I-25, A place where we can possibly eat, or maybe has a nice outdoor patio for the summer! One idea i had was Summer Meetings at A Public Park Like the one at Bear Creek!
We also talked about getting together more Social Type Events during the year!, barbeque's, Wrenching Parties, or just hang out and talk trucks! If you need help with your truck or have an idea, Post it up on this forum!

I screwed my back up again and have been out of commission for a couple weeks now. I also probably won't be making any runs for awhile, unless it magically heals. Anyway, sounds like it went well. Later
