I purchased this tent new in 2016 and have used it probably over 100 nights. Its' really a great tent.
Located in High Point, North Carolina: pick-up only. I do not want to try to package this tent to ship it. With shipping rates right now it's probably not worth it anyway. Last quote I had to ship the tent (assuming I built a crate for it) was $1200.
This tent has lived on top of my 80 since purchasing it.
Tent works great but is used. Here is the short list of things that are not perfect:
*The first day owning it, I opened it in the garage and when I closed it the ladder was sitting crooked so it tore a spot in the head liner. Small tear.
*Last fall, one of the rear door zippers broke. Keep in mind there are 4 other zippers on the same door so the door does zip closed, but one is broken.
*Last winter after a snow, I opened the tent to find that the melting snow had leaked around the roof vent which caused the head liner to start to come loose and some water staining on the headliner. I used clear silicon to seal the roof vent closed so it does not leak anymore. You can order a new roof vent for these but I opted to just seal it.
