I've been working my tail off the past few weeks so I planned on some leisurely work today at my Seneca office. I was standing in front of my office at 9:25 this morning when two fire trucks and a rescue truck pulled up. About 20 seconds later they busted down the front door of the building two doors down. All buildings are connected (historic downtown area) so I ran from door to door clearing anyone out who was in. Luckily most stores are retail and not many were around. It's almost 130 now and the Fire Marshall is doing his investigation. I think the fire damage is fairly contained thanks to a sprinkler system, but there is a heckuvalotta water damage. I'll be spending the rest of today and Sunday helping the building owner and tenants to clean up. It's a mess.
