Norcal, not on fire but it was darn close.
Toyota Tacoma

It was $7500 then when I got there it went to "I got a lot of calls sorry its $10,000"
So I bailed out but its been for sell ever after that.

I have THREE land cruisers. However my newest is a 1994 and its not fast and the air conditioning even after replacing EVERYTHING down to the fan clutch is not cooling down fast, other words its getting on in years.

But the 05 looks like a new modern truck.

1. I dont need 4x4 but last night I did get stuck in my driveway in the snow.
2. the 05 has bald tires.
3. Looks newer or excellent. (the tacoma)
4. I live in the mountains (4 Cyll not that powerful climbing 3000 FT elevation at 60 MPH)

Pros:
1. I wanted a 4 cyll do they get better MPG on mountain roads?
2. I liked the single cab
3. So much newer then my 94 FJ80!

That looks like a nice truck. We bought an 09 DCSB about a year ago and paid $17K for it and it had 170K miles on it. The single cab's seem to be a little less pricey. I'm in the southeast and that price tag ($10K) is in the neighborhood. It basically boils down to if you think its worth it to yourself. It looks like a good solid truck and doesn't need anything really (other than normal wear and tear stuff).

I feel the 4cyl is a little underpowered but it def keeps you out of trouble and gets great mileage. We get 16-17mpg with our V6 double cab. That being said I would love to own a single cab/4cyl for our second vehicle after get rid of our jeep.

I feel like 10k for an 05 truck with 170k on it is over priced. Plus with needing new tires and who knows what else I'd just walk away and look for something better with a v6 or v8.

On KBB the excellent price tag is still less than 7k as well. I know you can't always judge it off of the online price tags.
