Is the rear side pop out window removable?

Has anyone created a mechanism to easily remove the side pop out windows? I'd love to do a full roof chop down the road but I'd like to see what it's like with as much removed as possible before I break out the sawzall.

yes they can be popped out. I unhinged them to change over to black prado moldings.
