Is roof rack dealer mounted?

It seems around here all the FJs on the dealer websites have roof racks, which is a deal buster for me. Is that a dealer installed item?
 
I belive it is a port instaled option
 
1 outta 4 had roof racks on em at milwaukee dealer.......:beer:

outta 4 rigs
