Yeah came in on the backside, someone cut a nice trail into it, just goes from rocks straight to uphill sand.........really loose sand

I'll likely check out the vendor section sometime saturday. I won't really have time to play this year. I thought my folks would be here for this but they are getting in on monday and I still have to sand blast the bathroom walls and take out the trash if ya know what I mean.. I'll keep on eye out for 80's and other cruisers to say hey if I spot ya but I can't spend much time up there.

So i heard everyone got sand blasted by the wind.. ?
No clue, drove out to the camp, everyone was on the run, did part of the trail then cut across to Poleline Rd and went to Truckhaven, wheeled for a while and watched the crowds, didnt like the aggro vibe, drove up to the telephone booth and headed home. Lots of State Parks Officers at Truckhaven, which is needed. Some folks think they are above the law.
The wind was BAD!! My daughter and I slept in the 4runner to escape.
