Is $8000 too much for a 94

I have a friend that has a 94 fj80 with 191000miles. It is solid but has no lockers. Grey in color with grey leather interior. He has new 285's but no lift. It is in excellent condition except for a few blemishes on the hood. He does not even like to drive it down gravel roads. I am not sure what a good price would be for his rig. He does have a full yakima roof rack and a cargo drawer sytem in the back. I have been all over the place in this rig, and I know it is solid.
Any feedback would be appreciated. What would be the market value of this rig?

Not bad, thats what I paid for my 94 w/160,000 with nothing on it, and no lockers.

Has no one ever heard of NADA, Edmunds, or KBB?

Surely not definitive, but that is a good place to start unless you don't care what an insurance co will give you when if it is ever totalled.....

I mean no offense, so for not-so-close comparison I paid $11.9K for a Locked 94 with 86K miles in cherry condition and all records.....
