I live and work outside the United States, and I want to import a used Prado 120 to my next destination. Is there something like a CarFax or lexusdrivers.com for international Toyotas? I've tried plugging a few VINs into Toyota USA's site, but they don't register as valid VINs.

Spain / Canary Islands has something like it, I do have access to it and can check history to some extent for export reasons, I can do a quick check if you are stuck using a registration plate number.
