I have two of each... two a - pillar (driver and passenger) and two rear door angle (driver and passenger)
I pulled all four this morning and can have them in the mail today too.

What would be a fair price to you? I am only interested in the cover caps that hide the screws that attach the handles to the 2nd and 3rd row roof. I dont need the handles, just the caps. Thanks.
