My 2013 LX570 w/ Mark Levinson has scrapes and scuffs on several of the interior door panels from the PO. I see a couple earlier model 2009 door panels in good shape on eBay. The part numbers are different online but I cannot see any real difference in mounting or design. Has anyone proven interchangeability of '08-'12 to '13-'15 years?
