Have you tried Toyota of Dallas for the sun visors that are OE on 2008 FJ models?
The visors are a little short in my opinion. The 08 version are longer??
There is a extra visor that goes around the o crap handles that fills the gap between the regular visor and ends about were the seat back is.
Where might I find this fascinating new and improved visor for my "oh golly handle"?

Did the Aux or Side Visors cost an arm and a leg from the dealer or were they moderately priced? How was the installation? I would really like to get my hands on them. To be honest, I don't really see why they allow you to twist the front visors to the side when you get little to no coverage for the hassle. Side visors though...great idea!

UPDATE: I checked my local dealer pricing; approximately $47.00 each visor - OUCH! I'm in the SF Bay Area in California though. Does anyone know of other pricing or merchants besides the dealer?

my side visors were part of my convenience group package I think....but i got the two regular and the two side.
as for fjammer display.....mine works pretty good actually in all light conditions. the only problem i have is if I am wearing sunglasses that are polarizing...it is hard to read...as polarized sunglasses cut reflection but the way it works it needs to be at certain angle. To check if this is your issue with sunglasses...just move to right or left and look at different angle. If it suddenly becomes readable then this is your issue....if it is sunlight then it wont change. I love the finger controls on steering wheel so I dont have to look at display all the time to make changes....

Tint your windows... I had too. The windows are so huge and let in way too much light its blinding.
