Just try to change the delivery valve gasket on my injection pump. (The old one leak) I first try to change it by just removing the delivery valve holder.

I CAN'T REMOVE THE OLD ONE !! :mad: No space to pull the old gasket. It stick in place. :mad::mad:

Anyone already remove the old gasket without open all the pump ?

Someone know if I can find a tool who can make the same job as the SST 09271-76011 ?

HELP :mad::mad:

OK... sometime we have to go on conclusion... nobody can help me... even some specialist like some of you :flipoff2: ;)

I call all the Montreal area Toyota dealer to ask for this SST... no one have it. (13 dealers !!)

So I try to brake the gasket with a little srewdriver, slowly hit the gasket... then try to twist it... and after 3 hours it came out :bounce: Yééé !

... and finaly realize it's was a VERY simple thing. :idea:

it's not necessary to brake the gasket... just use a medium plate screwdriver and gentely twist the delevery valve until it move a little bit... make this all around the delevery valve... then with long nose plier, remove the delevery valve and it came with the gasket ! :bounce2:

this is a very happy end no ? :cheers:
