Hi, I live in Tacoma and have a friend who lives nearby. He is one of the best interior guys I have ever seen. He does work for Bucky Austin, the Lemay collection and such. He is about 65 years old and his rates are WAY low. When he does work for me I always pay him extra because he seriously undercharges his work and does a better job than anybody I know. I normally would never refer him out because he is always pretty busy and those of us who use him dont want him swamped, but I like the MUD community and want to pass on the tip if you are local or passing through.
