I found myself need to cut a few pieces of plywood into smaller pieces. I did not want to drag my saw horses out since they would only help for the first few cuts. Once the pieces were smaller than 24"x48" they would not be useful.

In about 1 minute I came up with an improvised sawhorse that allowed me to secure the wood while cutting it into smaller pieces.

1 - 55gallon barrel
2 - Squeeze clamps

Great idea. Do you still have all your fingers, or is that paint?

I would have expectred Dan to use a circular saw for that :)

And I agree, that is an excellent idea :)
