looking at importing in a set of cable locking axles from Europe into the port at Norfolk Va. The seller stated that I would have take care of all the customes fees and duties. Just wanted to know how if there was any special paper work I would need to have completed and turned in befor axles were to come in or is it was a case of going to the customers office and showing a bill of sale, paying my taxes/duties, and loading up and going? Also would I pick up my item then take it to customs office or would I actually just get it from customs?
