Ideas for the club

If anyone has ideas for the club please post up here.

Just to let you know what is going on. Once we have picked out the name of the club I will be getting a web page setup so we can get our name out there. I will also be getting the tax and bank account setup.

At the next meeting we need to get the following things sone

Name of club
We need a treasurer, secretary, vice president
We need to also get some sort of bylaws together. This is needed for the tax id and bank account. I am currently working on a rough draft. I will send itto everyone once I am done and we can post up changes.

Also does anyone in the club know of someone that makes stickers, if you could get a rough quote of what it would cost that would be great.

Does the TLCA already have By Laws that the clubs follow? I know Cal-4 does.

I will try to get a copy of our By Laws in L&L.

Ya TLCA has bylaws and sample ones on their site. I am basically taking those and changing them around to suit our needs.

If this club is a go at the next meeting, why not do elections for the next year then. Need to get off on a good start. That way the club will have a solid foundation.

I just asked to join, but I can proof them for grammatical issues. Don't know if you need help in that area, but I am an English teacher and College Composition Instructor.
