:idea:Just putting this out there. I see gatherings for front end rebuilds and such and just came with a idea to do a get together for some PM. I just read an article on the tech forum about radiator flushing and thought the would be a good reason to get together. Especially for some, like myself, who have never done a flush before. Getting with some more experience tech gurus and doing this. Anyone good for this, if I get a decent response I will put it together.

I've got a Thexton wand used for spraying the fins of the radiator and a/c I can bring, as well as some different hoses/attachments etc I used on my flush.

I need to do the PHH, starter rebuild and fuel filter. All sitting in a box currently. Another flush wouldnt be a bad idea since the coolant will be drained anyway.

I think these wrenching get togethers are a good idea, but probably most productive if everyone does the same item.

I haven't met any of the so cal group but also have a large box of parts to add including PHH, rotors, brakes axel seals, etc that it would be nice to have some co piots on. Getting the time though is now the problem with an 8 week old girl at home.

Hey this is something I really wanted to do but can't do it living in a townhouse. HOA and all. Definitely interested especially if its assembly line style. If everyone is doing the same basic things and everyone is going Toyota RED I think that would be the way to go. I'd make the drive and don the smock!

Reading e9999's write up inspired me:

Would be good to get a baseline list together so that everyone is on the same page. Doing the PHH for those that haven't already done it would be good to. Just did mine with the silicone with the constant tension clamps.
