Yeah, I know it's not a 60 series but also know you guys can ID it for me. Picture from Aruba, unfortunately not taken by me.

75/79 series "troop carrrier", with the roof and upper sides trimmed off. In Aruba, it's very likely to be of Venezuelan origin and thus petrol. SOA conversion, too.

Looks like a 6 lug wheel ,so its a 75 series
