Happy New Year! The end of 2013 and the start of 2014 have been great for making ICE! Once again the Extreme Offroaders of Oshkosh, WI will be hitting the ice Feb 1st and Feb 8th to put man and machine up against the elements and the clock.
Feb 1 racing will start at noon in Oshkosh, WI on Millers Bay, Lake Winnebago in conjunction with the Otter Street Fisheree. Registration starts at 10:30 am and a driver’s meeting will be held at 11:50am.
Feb 8 time will be the same in Neenah, WI. Races will be held just offshore of the Payne’s Point Hook and Spear Fishing Clubhouse on County Road A North of Oshkosh and South of Breezewood in Neenah.
We have interest in a 4x4 Side by Side UTV class this year and if we get enough registrations it will happen. It is excellent to see new interest and more racers are always welcome. Belts and helmets will be required.
Other classes will include Short, Medium and Long wheel base 4x4 vehicles, two wheel drive classes, studded 2x4, studded 4x4, and a women’s open class. It takes three vehicles to make a class. Cash pay outs to the top three drivers.
Extreme now has a five year running “Stimulus Package” offering $10 racing to all who care to participate. Rules of the course are available on Race Day, see the Race director. For more information email ceo@wohva.com and follow Extreme on Facebook! www.facebook.com/extremeoffroaders4x4
Pictures and results will be posted as fast as possible.
