Looking forward to a first meeting with other Toyota owners and talking shop and checking out each others rigs. Currently working on mine to get it ready. Currently it is tagged/stickered and runs but has alot of the body removed to do body work/paint/seal etc. Really trying my best to restrain myself from pulling the motor and tub so I can drive it this summer. But man I really want to clean up the frame and bottom of the tub boy its hard to go slow and a little at a time

I'm Courtney Lowrance, I live between Canyon and Amarillo and I have a drinking problem! Oh, not that kind of discussion, sorry.
I have a 1980 Toyota Mini Truck that's really nothing left of it. It has a TG doubler, propane, Dana 60 front and 70 rear, 5.38's with detroit front and lincoln locker rear rolling on 42's.

The beginnings...

removed tub

Couldnt help it, removed the tub today on my 40, it was only 12 bolts, a few wires and couple of coolant lines but it will look so much better when I'm done in 2 weeks ha ha more like 2012 (guess I will do a resto mod, complete resto takes to much time and $$$) any ways for the price of a few weekends and a body lift I should be able to clean the 40 up and make her presentable DSC_0935.webp
