I need HAC Valve quick....LOL

Does anyone have an HAC Valve laying around from a desmog they would like to part with that works. Mine works but was changing out my vacuum lines and got to last two lines and one of the nipples popped off of the HAC.

It is one of the air inlet lines not an actual vacuum so going to super glue, seal with silicone and then see if that works in meantime...hopefully it wont affect performance much since I am at sea level. It is a discontinued part so none of the dealerships have them so hoping one of you guys that did engine swap or desmog has your old parts still.

if not I might be getting a Trollhole carb and desmog the whole damn thing....shame to waste all this brand new pretty blue vacuum line though. LOL

They are discontinued so I think I found one in Utah...but closer is better obviously. Got all the lines replaced and seems to run okay...it is an air inlet line not a true vacuum on this HAC valve that is broke...so maybe it is okay until I go to mountains. Should give me time to find one...

Thanks to RedFishBlueGrass who is a local Fj60 owner but not yet a club member...I have the HAC Valve in my hands. I had a good visit with him during lunch and was able to compare rigs...and check out the carb he bought from Trollhole for desmogged Land Cruisers.....very nice.

He is looking for a set of tires so told him DBENKE might have some available when he gets his new ones....or if anyone else has a set of 15" tires....

yes I did as he wanted some help with his rig andasked about tires for sale or extra bumper end pieces for his front bumper....told him there is wealth of info and help in the local club....I pushed Glenns shop for big things and our HAMOMS for smaller jobs.

Then he said, there is a 40 and a green 80 right down street...I will talk to them too. LOL They got IH8MUD stickers all over he says...they live in Park Circle North Chuck.

He has all his smog stuff in box in garage if anyone needs anything...


Yes I have a little bit...not much. How much do you need? I wont give you it all but will give you a piece or two as I want to keep a piece of 3mm and 6mm for emergency repairs if needed so will cut a length slightly bigger than my longest vacuum needed...and you can have what is left if it will help. It is a pretty blue for damn sure.
