I installed an HB unit from a 2009 Chevy truck. The pressure ports were 16 and 18 mm. I need to source a fitting for the return port since the straight hose fitting hits my hood. The only size specs I can find shows it to be a 5/16 x 24. I find it hard to believe the return port isn't metric like the pressure ports. My guess would be 10mm x 1.5, but I didn't test it to find out. My bad, wish I had done so before hooking it up, but I figured it would be easy to find the correct size. Not.
Any one the correct size? Maybe a metric banjo fitting my work? That would be super easy to get parts for. I know the hose is a 3/8", but the port inside the HB is tiny, maybe 1/8" at best.
Edit: Never mind. I validated with Tallon Hydraulic that it is 5/16-24.
